All orders are processed and shipped within 2~5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Priority and Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. All orders are processed and shipped out from Los Angeles, California.

HICurvy.com offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $100, excluding taxes, shipping charges and any other offers or adjustments. This offer is valid in 48 continental U.S. but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO.
For orders over $300, package will be sent with Signature Required. If a signature is unobtainable and package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customers. If we were unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, your order processing maybe delayed for additional days. Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone for updates on any delays.
